Our service

You can order online, by telephone, by e-mail, by fax or by mail. Your package arrives at your home or, in case of absence, at the nearest post office.

You can, at your sole discretion and within 10 days, return anything that does not suit you, for whatever reason. In addition, we will always be happy to give you advice and information.

The shipping time is normally 3 days but will be specified when confirming your order (see detailed Delivery Times and Date).

Orders

Orders are placed in French.

All the steps necessary for the sale are specified on the site. Prior to the first order, the customer must create an account on the site. This account will be accessible at any time by the Customer using their identifiers and password.

When ordering, the Customer agrees to provide the information requested (opening of his Customer account during the first order and order form for each order) and commits to the veracity of the latter:

email address
payment card type, card number, expiration date and card cryptogram

Any Customer validly registered on the Site will be bound by any order requiring the entry of their email address and personal password, subject to the right of withdrawal defined below:

ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX intends that any customer who is not satisfied with the products ordered can exercise their right of withdrawal under the best conditions.

The period for the legal right of withdrawal is seven clear days from receipt of the product in accordance with articles L 121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

During this period, the Customer has the right to exchange or reimburse the price of the Product ordered and to reimburse outward delivery costs. Return costs will remain the responsibility of the Customer unless there is a proven defect or non-conformity of the Product.

In application of the provisions of article 1369-2 of the Civil Code, the Customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to return to the previous pages and to correct and modify his order and the information previously provided before confirming it. here to express acceptance.

The customer must check all the information entered during their order (products ordered, delivery address, billing address, telephone contact details, etc.)

ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX sarl cannot be held responsible for possible entry errors by the customer nor for their consequences in terms of delay or delivery error.

In the event of delivery failure as a result, the reshipment costs will be borne by the customer and the latter will refrain from making any complaints.

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will take place within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.

Price

Our prices are NET. ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX reserves the right to modify the prices of the products presented on the site. In any case, the products will be invoiced to the customer on the basis of the prices in force on the site www.romain-bernex.com at the time of validation of the order.

Please note: We regularly make automatic updates to the site www.atelier-romain-bernex.com. During these operations, transmission or site formatting errors can sometimes generate pricing errors. In this case, the order cannot be honored and you will be notified very quickly.

Postage & packaging France

For any sending, you will be charged a contribution.

For France, shipping costs of 7 euros are fixed regardless of the order.

We insure your package FREE OF CHARGE against the risk of loss during transport. In this case, you would be reimbursed after an investigation by the insurance company. Open the package in the presence of the carrier. In the event of damage, make all reservations on the carrier's voucher: he is ONLY responsible. Confirm by registered letter within three days. The carrier will compensate you.

Delivery times and dates

Average delivery times are 5 days when the Products are in stock and 15 to 30 days when we have to manufacture them. We will inform you of the delivery time by email, upon confirmation of the registration of your order. If you consider the delay too long, you can then,within three days, ask us to cancel and refund your order if it has not been shipped.

Payment

Attach your payment to the order: by credit card directly on our online payment service, when validating your order on our site or by mail, by check or money order made out to "Atelier Romain Bernex" if your order is carried out by telephone, email or fax. Post the payment of the amount indicated to you the same day (the sending of bank notes is prohibited by the PTT). Please note, we are waiting for payment to ship the order.

Reservation of title

The goods remain our property until full payment of the price. The risks relating to the item sold are however transferred to the buyer upon delivery which is deemed effective upon departure from our premises.

Disputes

Any dispute regarding the nature or quantity of the items received must be made to us within 48 hours of receipt of the package.

If you have a problem, do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone. We will certainly find a solution and we will do everything we can to satisfy you. However, in the event of an irreducible dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of our head office.

Warranty and return

Before returning a product, to avoid any misunderstanding or misoperation, ask us for authorization. It will be automatically granted to you.

New items: any equipment that does not suit you will be taken back. You do not have to justify the return. The equipment must obviously be absolutely new and returned in its original packaging within 10 days.

Items that have been used: items with a defect will be exchanged.

Normal wear and tear during use as well as variations in appearance and finish due to the artisanal production methods of our creations are obviously excluded from this guarantee.
Items returned for warranty claims must be clean and dry.

Whether the items are new or not, attach to the returned material, sent postage prepaid (any postage payable shipment will be refused), an explanatory letter and the purchase invoice or its photocopy. If it is an error attributable to Atelier Romain Bernex, or a product defect, the postage will be refunded to you based on the normal La Poste rate.

This catalog is not contractual. Atelier Romain Bernex reserves the right to modify the range of creations in the catalog and the technical characteristics of the items offered.

Electronic files - privacy protection

ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX has created an electronic file which lists certain personal data relating to their customers in order to enable them to track their orders and send them information and requests of a commercial nature in the event that the customer expressly consents to this.

This database has been declared, in accordance with the requirements of the “Informatique et Libertés” law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, amended by law n°2004-801 of August 6, 2004, and will be enriched using personal information communicated during an order placed with Customer Service or online on the Site by any new customer.

Each customer has the individual right of access, withdrawal and rectification provided for by law and may request either the modification or deletion of information concerning him or her which is no longer relevant, by making a written request to the company ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX , from our contact form, or by modifying their personal information themselves in the “My Account” space accessible on the site www.romain-bernex.com.

Responsibility

The liability of ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX is limited to direct and foreseeable damage that may result from the Customer's use of the Site and the Products delivered.

Intellectual and industrial property rights

All elements published within the Site, such as sounds, images, photographs, videos, writings, animations, programs, graphic charter, database utilities, software, and other underlying technology are protected by the provisions of the Code of intellectual property and belong to ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX.

The brand "ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX", as well as all figurative or non-figurative brands and more generally all other brands, illustrations, images and logos appearing on the articles, their accessories or their packaging, whether registered or not, are and will remain the exclusive property of the company ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX, with the exception of the rights held on the visuals of the products, brands and logos of the suppliers of the Products presented on the Site.

Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these brands, illustrations, images and logos, for any reason and on any medium whatsoever, without the express prior agreement of the company ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX, is strictly prohibited.

The same applies to any combination or conjunction with any other brand, symbol, logo and more generally any distinctive sign intended to form a composite logo, with the exception of logos and descriptive signs belonging to the brands present on the site. The same will apply to all copyrights, designs and models, patents which are the property of the company ATELIER ROMAIN BERNEX.
